They're aware that building contractors, foreman's and the like frequent HD, Lowes, et al and they're hoping to get on (daily or more permanent) with one of the crews. They're open to domestic (moving, landscaping, etc) projects as well if the $$$ is right
it starts in east la, goes through Bakersfield and other areas no one cares about and goes way out of the way simply because the local politicians demanded it. it also takes like 3 hours. I assure you no one will use it.
plenty of landscapers and home builders use home depot too. they do go to the uhaul store too btw. part of it also is that people know to look for them at home depot.
"more hours" implies there was less than full time hours, "yr round" seems to imply there was less than "yr round." That is simple.
