It is, but you could make a case that team was still better manned than his year in Knoxville. Sent from my R1 HD using Tapatalk
Yeah, the Dooley years were so much better. Hell, it only took super recruiter Botch Jones three years to surpass his record. Great point.
I thought you meant the guys that got hired after Lane got fired. My mistake. BTW super recruiter still has his guys in school.
Haven't watched him much. Doesn't seem like the type. I'll assume there is a kernel of truth in what you're saying though.
This has been my position basically since it happened. They obviously stood to benefit from telling kids how not to be stuck at UT, but someone needed to apprise them of their options and I don't necessarily trust that Hamilton/Lance Thompson/whoever would have done it.
About where it's been since he left. The guys with full rosters have done no better. O is the only one who remotely distinguished himself.
Tee Martin had better get his shit together as OC, or he'll be back in Alabama to "coach WR's" in Tuscaloosa, and too quick to talk about it.
Can anyone with knowledge of the situation deny that Lane fathered a child with someone other than his wife, during / immediately after his short stint in Knoxville?
