Imagine the type of person who would work at one of these camps with the conditions as they are. Nothing would surprise me.

 

I'd imagine a lot of the people working there are living paycheck to paycheck and don't have an easy way out. No different than the security guards at rural southern prisons making nothing and presiding over brutal conditions within the prison. Obviously we should expect the people working there to treat those detained as well as they possibly can, but it's not their fault adequate resources have not been committed to have humane conditions.

 

hard to imagine not being psychologically damaged being in and around certain situations daily. This is one of them.
