  1. RockyHill

RockyHill Loves Auburn more than Tennessee.

I can't get over how dumb that was.

It's necessary for a dynasty. I 100% believe this to be true.

This wouldn't be difficult to pull off. Like, imagine if Antoine Walker had saved even one of the ninety million he blew through like greater Los Angeles to late 70s Stevie Nicks and given it to UK as a former players 'back to school' cholly fund. That amount, which is pretty paltry to an elite pro athlete, would literally be all you needed to support such a program.

Why in the world would it be against NCAA rules to give an academic scholly to a former student athlete who exhausted his eligibility?

    Come on, Mcfly.

As long is it's through private donors, I guess I really wouldn't have a problem with it. If universities are reducing the number of academic schollies they are able to give smart studious types by one, I wouldn't like that.

Which really isn't the actual number. Ryan also isn't a sanctimonious phony who gets the Ernie McCracken treatment by the media.

So they would have not got drafted if they went to any other school?

Quite a few schools do it.

Are you talking smarts or are you talking academic performance? Either way, if the most recent problem you can find is from the '90s, you've pretty well answered your own question.

    Ryan isn't a what? He's a college basketball salesman, which makes him a ...?

Ryan's isn't 40% because of early NBA defections.

Touché haha. That was total bullshit. But while Cal has only had one Daniel Orton, K hasn't had any in a really long time (if at all) and he deserves credit for that. People don't question Duke players' academics because the program has a really good track record, not because the media is afraid to question Coach K.

  20. Unimane

He also isn't at 40%. The number is bullshit.
