I mean, I knew that. I guess I just don't remember the main story being run from the hideout in past games.
All of them have you bouncing back and forth between missions and the hide out. In Unity, I practically lived in the hide out.
Game was okay. Story honestly bored the hell out of me. I had no interest whatsoever in the characters, the present day shit was stupid, A and they try so hard to tie in that weird chick that comes up in the sky during the Churchill missions. Some of the new gameplay stuff was fun until it got repetitive. They just can't match the Ezio trilogy. I don't understand why they insist on these single installments. Build up a solid, likable character like Ezio and then have him stick around for a game or two.
Yes, Juno. Does she ever actually do anything? I remember Ezio "releasing" her or whatever in the third of his games. I didn't play black flag or the America game, so I have no idea how she was included. I don't remember her playing a large role in Unity, and her role in this one was just stupid. Go back and watch videos (if they exist) of the stupid shit she says in this game. They're trying so hard to make her matter and make her sound "philosophical," but it falls flat on its face.
Haven't even gotten to play yet. It'll be a few days, most likely. I just checked the mail and saw that it arrived.
Bought a few games the other day, including Origins. I still haven't played it yet. Shadow of War pulled me in first.
My pre-ordered copy with bonus is still sitting unopened on my desk. The next one will probably join it, along with Fallout.
Got bored shortly after starting Origins. The story just didn’t rope me in, and, honestly, I struggled to understand some of the characters (due to accents) and got tired of reading subtitles or missing pieces of conversations. Anyone tried Odyssey yet? Reviews look solid.
