I have not been there, but I've heard good stuff. I like the Pint in Maryville, but agree that at times it can be all over the place. Calf Killer will be at Winter Beer Fest coming up. They usually bring their best stuff and are the first brewery to float all the kegs.
I bought a 750 of the CBS and wasn’t impressed for the cost. Haven’t tried the KBS but I love their Breakfast.
I love CBS but yeah it's pricey. KBS is better the more patient you are with it. A couple years ago I would have told you it's the best thing going, but now it's probably not even top 10 Bourbon Barrel stouts. That's not knocking it, there is just so much good stuff out there
Honestly I’ve liked just about every IS from Grist and BI I’ve tried more than the CBS. I’ll give it one more try next year.
Location might have something to do with it, but I really like Maduri brown ale. It's got a lot of chicolatey coffee richness going in without being heavy.
Meh, sounds decent for here right now. I doubt I'd want it sitting under palm trees, but that's just me.
In the area, dales guiness kettle chips are the 8th wonder of the world. Recently discovered these and am a fan.
I was being nice. Miami sucks. I hope your hotel bill is $2000. At least pay for closer to palm trees. You got the nosebleeds of Miami.
