Just an inexplicably horrible campaign, all-around. The window is so damned tight, that you can't afford to set out two cycles when they're begging you to run, as he has done.

 

I said I'd been happy with high teens. If he holds at 22, that's a very good night going forward.

 

I'm seeing him hovering at 22%. An excellent showing for Rubio.
