Let's play what if. What if this whole Ebola thing is a government plan. Let's say the the government built this. The CDC does hold a patent on Ebola, actually does. Could the government begin to leak this stuff to cause an epidemic, force everyone to be quarantined, force everyone to take a vaccine. That way the entire US is under a type of house arrest.
