How it should play out -

Win out, with help we fall backwards into Atlanta with an 8-4 record. Unlikely, but possible. Best shot is the outback bowl wants a hot tennessee team that will sell some tickets and we get a decent bowl game in warm weather.

How it probably plays out -

We lay an egg against kentucky or mizzou. Possibly two if we drop UK. Crap bowl game that we care zero about and drop and have zero momentum going into 16.

If we are lucky, #1 happens and Jancek is the interim coach for the bowl game before heading to college park to join his buddy.

 

We could beat Mizzou with Jumper at QB.

I've been blown away by the people acting like 8-4 is automatic at this point.

 

It was that, or he goes in for a minor dental procedure, but developes an infection and has to have 1/2 of his face surgically removed. I was worried he would still coach with half a face.

 

There's no excuse for anything else. That being said I'm confident we drop at least one.
