I knew my Brewers would have pitching, but the hitting seems to have taken off and that little 11 game streak has done wonders for them in the standings.
I don’t think they’re very good either. But they played a bunch of shit teams in June and caught basically every matchup and break to their advantage that they needed during their streak. Combine that with the Cubs basically trying to wave the white flag before the season started and then adding a shit pile of injuries on top of that, along with the same on the injury front for St Louis and here we are.
