not much hurts worse than that look in a kids eye when he's got a virus and fever and nothing you can do. I've had 2 of 3 sick now and trying to keep wife from getting sick is looking impossible. If she does, i'm going straight to the hospital.

I had a 24 hour bug last weekend. Woke up Saturday puking my guts out and was miserable all day. Thought I had the flu, but woke up Sunday feeling fine.

 

I've got a guy that's already missed 6 days since January 2nd. Probably one legitimate and the rest bullshit.

 

Snowing on Raton popped on my streaming playlist today, the Pat Green/Natalie Maines version under "Songs I Might Like". Brought me back in time, there was none better than PG around the turn of the century.

 

I’m partial to the Town Mountain and Townes Van Zandt versions, didn’t know green had ever recorded it though. He’s got a bunch of good ones.

 

He's seemed a million time better today, but yesterday he looked near death.
