Dolphins (mammal) have actually been known to protect humans from sharks.

Fine, I would've felt bad after shooting him, but at that moment in time, he deserved it.

I think this might be the most unusual so far.

They've been known to rape humans and kill them as well. Dolphins are like people, you never know what they're going to do.

The sound of a nail file is excruciating to me. Just touching one or very fine sandpaper makes me want to tear my own head off.

Not a phobia, but I'm the same way about Styrofoam.

Whenever you hear someone say "only humans rape," it isn't true. Many warm-blooded (no punchline) species have been known to rape. Hell, ever seen a Mallard duck mate? The females have evolved corkscrew vaginas to avoid being easily gang-raped. Unfortunately, male Mallards have evolved corkscrew penises to navigate it. They're brutal.

  13. I think I need to add dolphin rape to my list of fears now.

Sand paper doesnt bother me, but it sounds like the same thing I feel with construction paper. Not really a phobia but it drives me insane.

I have read that Mallard ducks rape, and are also one of the highest percentage-wise species to develop homosexual relationships.

When the fin broke the water, it was about 10-15 feet from me and swimming toward me. I walked on water that day.

Saw several this year while I was on Anna Maria Island. Spent all one morning and into the afternoon watching a group of them swimming right off the shore. Very cool.

What about slugs? They're all "homosexual."
