The props and the little statements are fun, but the logic is bad, and that is the real worrisome part.

He's using deaths per cases to make an argument here, but elsewhere lamenting the amount of cases due to testing.

So if we took away testing, we'd have worse deaths per cases. Which would undercut his own argument about how we're doing, based on deaths per cases.

Which is all basic logic, but he has latched on to this morsel of flawed logic in a desperate attempt to protect himself because, in the end, protecting himself is always his objective.

The bad news is that those EOs are going to half backfire on Trumpy, but it is going to take two months to figure it out.

When the rabble rabble starts about benefits being only $300 per week, as states are too broke to bump it to $400 per, the senate will have to talk to the house.

Not sure why senate allowed it to happen.

My wife went back to work last week. 5 days a week, 25 hrs a week. Making half of what she got the last few weeks doing nothing

The entire government system has been broken. We are now a monarchy.

Can't wait to tell clients not to do what the EO says because it'll either never stand or because they will owe a ton on payroll tax at the end of the year.

    Joy.

I think it stands. Not sure why it would be challenged.

I would just point out, often, that nobody got what it was the EO said they'd get.

Should end the pay roll tax anyways.

taxing people to work is stupid

It's not a tax for work, it's a tax for payment.

You can work for free, and not get taxed.

Bigger picture, how does he intend for social security to not implode if payroll tax is gone?

we have a printing press. That’s been the way we’ve operated for a long time

So then the question becomes how does he intend for everything to not inflate.

    He’s playing the game.

we’ve had inflation for a long time it will just continue to increase.

This is only going to accelerate us losing our worlds reserve currency status.

    it’s bad economics and unconstitutional.

I did not read the order. I assumed he only deferred Federal income tax and not FICA. Did he do both?

    FICA included.
