Have an inherited client who is the brother of one of the best tax attorneys in East TN, if not the southeast. He was explaining how she set up their mother's estate and my only reply was "we're just going to go with what she says because I'm not going to question her."

I don’t want to jump to the worst possible conclusion but would he have possibly capitalized TRAIL if not to highlight it in the context of the post - I.e, the trail of tears?

I mean I know the guy idolizes Andrew Jackson but he doesn’t have to take it that far.

 

Of course he did. Some will try to explain the obvious away, but it shouldn't surprise anyone, either. He's a terrible human being and always has been.

Basically unstructured time. No meetings, nothing.

If I had to guess, it is when he watches television and tweets.

He has also spent 25% of his days at one of his golfing resorts, has played 165 rounds of golf as of Feb 3. I never comment on a President's golfing habits, as I think those complaints are usually unwarranted. A President probably does more in 4 hours on the golf course, work wise, than I do in a week.

However, Trump did build some of his campaign on being the Anti-Obama, whom Trump complained vociferously about playing golf. Obama played a total of 333 rounds in 8 years in office. This isn't a whataboutism, but a simple rebuttal of Trump's position he took for years while Obama was in office. Now his hypocrisy is in full view.

 

Someday I am sure I will cease to be stunned and left flabbergasted.

 

I need some Executive Time at my job.

 

I need paid golf outings.

 

I'm on sick leave for the next 4 weeks, I plan to at least practice putting as part of my physical therapy, so, I will be getting paid to play golf.
