Well, now my neighbor is panicking about our royal palms. My office window is open and I've heard him going on about it with multiple neighbors. Le sigh.

He's a good guy, btw. He just gets easily wound up.

 

Does he have palmaphobia?

 

They're big so I get it to an extent. But he's convinced one is going to fall on his house next hurricane.

 

That palm has a higher wind speed and flood height rating than his house.

 

Hopefully he has plenty of time to move.
