Jim Bob Cooter is the kind of hire that an up-its-own-ass program like USC would make because it needs someone that "knows the culture" and is "part of the family", to the extent that they push off wanting to win at the highest level to go get their equivalent of a "Michigan Man" and anyone who thinks JBC is the hire Tennessee needs to make should go play in traffic on Kingston Pike
