I hate to say it, but I have to hope for a total collapse the rest of this season. But, Dave Hart isn't going to fire Butch. I am starting to worry if Blackburn will be the guy and, even if he is, he would have to be in place at year end. So, this is really going to be 2012 all over again. We will have to endure a whole season where the WORST thing that can happen is 7 or 8 teams Out-Suck us in games, or there is some catastrophic upset of a top 10 team and Butch stays. And, it also means that we are likely 1 whole year away from any end to the pain.

Some of you know a few members of the pentaverate or those that hang with them (big boosters, insiders in the admin, etc.). Please tell me there is some...ANY hope that losing 2 more games and maybe another quit or 2 could get Butch out of here at year end. Somebody... Who could even set that in motion with Booger Eater and Hart neutered?

 

It's extremely doubtful he's gone at the end of the year.

And evidently the guy we want is at freaking UTC. What in the crap is the holdup? Hire him now and demote Dave Hart.

Big important stuff going on at the athletic department down there. Can't leave UTC unattended. Let's just let the flagship university flounder. Must ensure the Mocs stay strong.

 

They wasted the last decade of UT athletics. What's another year or two? No rush.
