The workout thread(Weighlifting/Running)

    I cut and hammered out two 2 ft x 4 ft holes in a concrete parking lot and hand dug a 4" fire riser.

    I then ate 3 donuts and had sex with my wife, put my flannel shirt back on and bush hogged 8 acres.

    Just kidding about the sex part

    I finalized 6 tax returns, went home and watched Big Bang Theory and Roseanne.

    It's really that simple.

    When I'm in a gym I prefer simple, full body workouts.

    Same here. I'm not real flashy but I'm in decent shape and that works for me.

    I actually sit on my knees a lot and work because my back starts hurting.

    Bring a pair of comfortable shoes you can slip in and out of.

    I like it. I haven’t moved it to sitting since I got it.

    By Friday I’m worn out, but it’s worth it.

    I hate being at mine. Much prefer being up and moving around all day. I feel so unproductive when I am in my office even though I know it's necessary for me to be in there sometimes.

    I try to get in early, work in the office a few hours, then spend the day doing anything else

    That's exactly what I do. Works pretty well most days.

    I'm doing 3-5 miles a day on an elliptical + lifting. I should probably go heavier on the weights instead of doing more reps.

    I'm not certain I could pull of a keto diet. My diet was awful. I have basically cut all sodas out (still have one occasionally) and haven't had a beer in 11 days, nor an energy drink, which was also out of hand. I may break down and align myself with a dietary formula if I am not getting the results that I expect.
