If maryville doesn't play a LOT better than they did last night it's going to be a running clock game.

Oakland is good. Was tied at the half ar they made some defensive adjustments and maryville never came close to the end zone.

The Jones kid is the best scat back I've watched at the high school level. Mercy he's quick.

Saw the score. Outside of Lipscomb academy that was their closest game I believe. I'm not sure they have lost in a couple years

They’ve probably played the toughest schedule in the state.

Interested to see the Wade twins matched up against them.

Yeah that will be interesting. Wmsn cnty ball and talent down this year overall. The kid playing qb looks like juaun Jennings most nights playing against jv teams. Just bigger, stronger and faster than everybody on defense. They have a little wr who is good as well but not sure Summit has the overall talent to hang.

Yeah Page has some athletes now. The brentwoods, rwoods, centennial, Indy, Franklin and even BA all down this year. Lack of size all over the field

So 72 kids tried out for Brentwood HS lacrosse team this year. Coach said he was keeping 45. Son is the only freshman middie to make it which is pretty cool. I'm not sure if the coach had to even cut. First week was 80% running and kids just started walking to the parking lot on water breaks or not showing up for day 2. I like it. Tough sport and most positions have to be in great shape and mentally tough. We start out at Henry Clay and Lexington Catholic in KY in 3 weeks, so we gotta see what we got. Preseason #2. I dont see us being ranked so high in the large division.

And official. Gary Rankin has stepped down at Alcoa. Brian Nix will be taking over.

Also a former Tennessee coach will probably be introduced at the head man at a Blount County school soon (not Fulmer).

South Pitt or Boyd seem to be the options from what I'm hearing.
