I tried like hell to read the books, but I read on a 3rd grade level, and the old English words trip me up too much. I have to read and reread it too much. Plus, the two I read were just like the TV series, so it almost wasn't worth it

 

Ha. Kmf im awful. I cant remember names and have to go back and reread. Often go back and reread paragraphs i just read because my mind wanders off and i have no idea what i just read.

That Chernobyl miniseries looks worth watching.

You know, still a crazily slow episode, but it seemed to have more meat to it, than last, and I liked it.

I’m ok with building / teasing, when it helps, but never for slow-walking, just to fill time.

The Brienne scene was money, as was Tormund’a story.

 

And I’m a sucker for a great redemption story.

Sansa. Man, she showed up tonight. Her questioning Danny about after the war was awesome.

Lots of good stuff here. And lots of great questions:

1. What of the North, when it’s over?

2. Can everyone not see that Danny is just as bat shit crazy as her dad, and just as thirsty for power as Cersei, if not moreso? She’s done lots of shitty stuff, but it’s been against people who most viewers hate, so it’s been cheered...but it was still shitty. But she’ll pull it out, and they won’t let her go out as a heel.

3. Arya wants her man to get the throne. Sansa doesn’t care who sits on the throne, as the North won’t yield - but she’ll support Jon’s taking it, right? Will Jon even want or accept it? If Jon follows Ned’s lead, he’ll support Robert’s bastard to take the throne...but he loves Danny. Tyrion supports Danny, at least for now (surely he wasn’t really fooled by Cersei?). Same for Jamie...perhaps until he hears Jon’s story.

The three most likely to take it are Danny, Jon and Robert’s bastard, right? Any dark horses?

4. What did Danny mean in the Ep3 preview that the undead are already inside? I think they somehow breach the catacombs.

5. Where’s the faceless man? The Red Witch?

6. Having zero dragons tonight means double the dragons next week, right?

 

Any chance that the Night King raises the dead that are in the crypts?

 

one of the best episodes in the series. Top 10. Winter is coming in one week. and it is a movie length episode.
