Both races this weekend have been canceled.

IndyCar now through April.

 

Not saying this is China's fault, but if this causes the Indycar to cancel the 500 I think military action would be reasonable.

 

Kyle Larson fired for dropping the word in an iRacing chat Sunday night.

 

Good thing his heart is really in dirt racing, because that's probably all he will be doing now.

He's one of the few drivers that didn't bring any money to the table when he started out. It's going to be damn near impossible for him to find a ride after this. I don't think big teams will touch him and if he doesn't have a guaranteed sponsor that he can take to a smaller team, I'd be shocked to see any of them bother with him.

 

Also, 100% chance he uses it on the regular.

 

I don’t think that he’s done racing in major series, but he’s got a long way to go before he’s doing it again.

 

79 Daytona is on. They really ought to make them race in this model car now.

It only took 20 years, but Nashville is finally getting a Cup race.

 

Yeah but at the “SuperSpeedway” in Lebanon and not the Fairgrounds in Nashville, where everybody really wants to be.

 

I also don’t follow Nashville politics on this closely, but either the city officials or county officials who control the Fairgrounds site don’t seem to care about putting any effort into getting NASCAR back at that track.

 

Where? The huge track down off 840 was shut down.
I got to drive an indy and nascar at the 840 track. Was awesome. Steering wheel vibration was nuts.

NASCAR moves the All Star race from Charlotte to Bristol and I haven’t been to the race track since last August, so yeah, I’m going.

 

I might go to that.

My youngest has somehow sparked an interest and likes Kyle Bush.
