Is this kid a definite one and done? If so, why would hr want to spend a year in Knoxville, East Lansing, Durham, or Gainesville when he can spend the year in Los Angeles?

I buddy of mine that has some connections to the UCLA staff told me a few days ago they felt good about their chances. I blew it off since I had heard nothing about them even being really in the race. Wow!

 

He has cousins that live in LA - they got a new house and a couple of cars.

 

Sounds like UCLA is back in business.

 

That's the only shot they have with an idiot like Alford in charge.

 

I consider UCLA to be one of the more overrated programs of the past 20 years. Alford fits the mold for their current model.

 

I like Alford. I have actually met him on several occasions and he is a very cool dude. I do think you are right about him as a head coach.

 

My experiences with him are that he's only slightly less of a [Penis] than Travis Ford.

 

Ford is a complete [penis]. Maybe since I am an Indiana boy Alford cut me some slack. Hes always been likeable when I have been around him.

I have heard similar comments as yours from others.

 

Who would you say is the biggest [Penis] coach you have encountered? Basketball and then any sport combined.
