    Place I work out doesn't have kettlebells. Don't really want to do it at home.

    My kids did it for years so I tried. Controlling breathing was hard for me to do. You practice moves, then full on train at the end of the hour for 3-5 minutes. First time, I tapped within seconds. In a heavy GI, on my back getting smothered by a recent new guy thats giving 150% effort. Miserable training for me. 3 minutes felt like 15

    That's why wrestling matches only last 6 minutes. That's about all you can do, even as a high-schooler with a shat ton of conditioning.

    The boy doesn't want to wrestle this year. Kind of bummed because I was starting to like it, kind of happy because that means no extra-curricular activities for the winter.

    Yeah, it really depends on author.

    Strongfirst is ran by guy who really popularized kettlebells here.

    It kind of sucks balls. Probably gets you as good of shape as anything there is, and I think teaches you some good stuff about self-defense. But it's a long, grueling season. Also, pretty much no one cares to watch it, so there really isn't any glory when you win.

    Yes it is. But, like I said, I'm not crying because that means less for us to do at night.

    Watched a special on a runner famous for running marathons daily. Cant imagine.
    Then he tried to set a record, decided to run at night, and data showed the running world thinks he climbed on the RV ladder at night and rode for miles.

    Doing judo and juijitsu wore me out faster than anything back in the day.

    Now, I get exhausted just watching it
